  • Model / symbol: YT‑22443

  • Length: 205 mm

  • Handle material: PP and TPR (plastic with rubber over‑mould) for a comfortable, non‑slip grip.

Connector types and functions

  • Supported plug types / cross‑sections: RJ45, RJ11, RJ10, with dies for 8P, 6P and 4P connectors (8‑pin, 6‑pin, 4‑pin).

  • Functions:

    • Crimping RJ45 network plugs and RJ11/RJ10 telephone plugs.

    • Cutting cable.

    • Stripping insulation on typical CAT‑type cables (e.g. Cat5/5e).

The jaws include the appropriate cavities for each connector style, so you can terminate Ethernet cables, phone lines and handset leads with one tool.

Design and use

  • The #45 carbon steel body and blackened finish provide strength and corrosion protection for regular field or workshop use.

  • PP/TPR handles and tool length around 205 mm give good leverage without being bulky, helping to achieve firm crimps while remaining portable in a tool bag.

In typical use you strip the cable, arrange the conductors, insert the plug and then crimp it in the matching RJ cavity, allowing you to make custom RJ45 patch cords and telephone leads reliably.
