Standard vs Express Shipping
Uniglobe Tool offers a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders, nationwide using Aus Post carriers. Shipping information will be supplied when orders are dispatched with tracking information. Our Standard Delivery at $10.00 will leave our warehouse in 1-2 Business days. Order orders will leave our warehouse the same day when placed on a business day, before 3 p.m. AEDT or the next business day if placed after 3 p.m. AEDT.
Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse we estimate 4-5 business day delivery to most places in Australia. Please be aware that, as we use Aus Post carriers, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery on any order.
Where the address is located in a rural area, delivery of your delivery may take an extra day or two.
Choosing Express Delivery at $25.00 guarantees that your order will leave our warehouse the same day when placed on a business day, before 4 pm AEDT or the next business day if placed after 4 pm AEDT.

Refund & Return Policy
At Uniglobe Tools, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. This policy outlines when returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted and the conditions that apply.
Return Eligibility
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Item Ordered
We accept returns for change of mind or incorrect items ordered within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, resellable packaging.
- A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for any return:
- The item must show no signs of use, installation, wear, fuel/oil use, or damage.
- All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included and intact.
- Returns must be approved prior to sending (Return Authorisation required). Unapproved returns may be rejected.
Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order details and reason for return.
- Provide photos or videos where requested (mandatory for damaged/faulty claims).
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Do not send items back without approval.
Refunds
- Once received, all returns are inspected before approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
- Funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges and Store Credit
- Approved returns may be exchanged for another product or issued as store credit.
- Store credit may be offered where a refund is not applicable.
Shipping Costs
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items: return shipping is covered by Uniglobe Tools.
- Change-of-mind returns: customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, installed, or damaged items not due to a fault
- Consumables (including drill bits, blades, and similar items)
- Opened safety equipment
- Electrical items that have been installed or connected
- Special order or non-stock items
- Items marked as non-returnable at time of sale
