The screw extractor set is made of CrMo chrome-molybdenum steel with a high hardness of 52-55 HRC
Sockets are designed to loosen seized bolts and nuts . They can also be used to unscrew damaged bolts and nuts. Sockets can be used to loosen screws and nuts with right-hand thread.
Sockets for damaged, machined bolts and nuts in sizes 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 19 mm have a special shape that allows them to be wedged on a damaged bolt or nut, thanks to which the damaged part is unscrewed.
The sockets work with a 3/8" ratchet , which allows for more precise control of the unscrewing force than in the case of a 1/2" ratchet.
The unscrewed part should be knocked out of the socket with a special mandrel included in the set.
