HUA - 2pce FULL BORE BALL VALVE

This product is a general‑purpose, full‑bore, 2‑piece stainless steel 316 lever‑operated ball valve with female–female BSP threads, suitable for oil, water and gas duties at up to around 1000 psi and −20 to 180 °C depending on size.

Construction and design

• Body and trim: 2‑piece body in 316 stainless steel with full‑bore ball, typically with PTFE/RPTFE seats and a stainless steel lever handle, giving good corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility in most industrial and marine environments.

• Connection and bore: female BSPP (ISO 7.1) threads both ends and true full‑bore port so the ball opening matches the nominal pipe size, minimising pressure drop and making it suitable for pigging and high‑flow lines.

Ratings and applications

• Pressure/temperature envelope: 316 2‑piece full‑bore ball valves in this class are generally rated to about 63 bar / 1000 psi with a working temperature range from −20 °C up to 180 °C (reduced to 80 °C for some gas approvals).

• Typical uses: isolation and on/off control of water, oil and inert gas in industrial plants, compressed‑air lines, pump manifolds and hose systems, where corrosion resistance, easy quarter‑turn operation and BSP connectivity are required.
