This warranty applies only to products used for their intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, overloading, improper application, modification, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Products that have been used outside their designed purpose or operating limits are not eligible for warranty claims.This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any applicable state or territory legislation. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, it may be returned to an authorised Uniglobe Tools reseller or directly to Uniglobe Tools for assessment. At our discretion, the product will be repaired, replaced, or credited.
