UNIGLOBE TOOLS – LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Uniglobe Tools products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use. This warranty applies only to products used for their intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, overloading, improper application, modification, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Products that have been used outside their designed purpose or operating limits are not eligible for warranty claims.This warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any applicable state or territory legislation. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.If a product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, it may be returned to an authorised Uniglobe Tools reseller or directly to Uniglobe Tools for assessment. At our discretion, the product will be repaired, replaced, or credited.
Warranty Exclusions and Specific Periods:
Measuring and precision equipment: 12-month warranty
Battery-operated tools: 24-month warranty
Striking and cutting tools: 6-month warranty
Batteries and chargers: 12-month warranty
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Uniglobe Tools reserves the right to assess all returned products to determine eligibility under this warranty policy.
