Description

Punches are designed for quick, precise marking of points on the surface of the processed material, e.g. wood, metal or plastic. Most often used to mark a point before drilling begins. so-called scoring makes it easier to start drilling, limiting the unfavorable effect of the drill moving along the surface of the material. The mark is made when the sharp end of the punch hits the material. The traditional scoring method involves the use of a mallet.

The presented automatic punches mark the material thanks to the use of a strong internal spring that moves the steel, hardened needles. Thus, they eliminate the need to carry a heavy hammer. The punch does not require spring tensioning - it is done automatically. Immediately after pressing the needle to the material and hitting, we can repeat the operation, selecting the next point. The punch has adjustment of the impact force used to optimally match the hardness of the marked material. For precise and effective marking of points on hard surfaces, e.g. before drilling. Immediately after pressing the needle to the material and hitting, we can repeat the operation, marking the next point. Press the punch with the sharp end to the surface of the material and press firmly .

This will cause the spire to hit and permanently mark the point. selecting the next point. Press the punch with the sharp end to the surface of the material and press firmly . This will cause the spire to hit and permanently mark the point. selecting the next point. Press the punch with the sharp end to the surface of the material and press firmly . This will cause the spire to hit and permanently mark the point.
