Anvil pruning shears with ratchet. The ratchet supports the cutting force. In combination with ergonomic handles, it becomes an ideal tool for caring for flowers and for pruning garden shrubs with a diameter of up to 19 mm. The blade is made of SK5 steel. Teflon coated. The lower handle protects the operator's hand from branches. Tool length 200 mm.
